What if I'm not very physically fit?

The 8 Week Beginner Fit Camp is perfect for the absolute beginner. As long as you have no complications from injury or illness you will survive. We are all about slowly progressing your individual fitness level. The workouts are timed so you will be able to go at your own pace.

Where is the location of training?

The main location in Ypao Park in Tumon, however I like to switch it up from time to time. Other locations include Skinner Plaza in Agana, Westin Steps, Westin Hill, Hilton Hill and Jimmy Dee's beach.

What type of exercises are included in the program.

Exercises may include but are not limited to: power walking, jogging, relays, lunges, squats, pushups & various other cardio- vascular drills and games. Core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, circuit training, surprises, and much more!
