📍 Workout Locations & Times:
Mangilao: Tuesday & Thursday, 6–7 PM, grass field next to UOG Business Office
Tamuning: Monday–Friday, 6–7 PM, traffic circle
Dededo AM: Monday–Friday, 5–6 AM, parking lot in front of the pool at Dededo Sports Complex
Hagat: Monday & Wednesday, 6–7 PM, basketball court
MongMong-Toto-Maite: Monday & Wednesday, 6–7 PM, Mayor’s Pavilion
🍑 Glute Camp (Specialty Session):
Location: MongMong-Toto-Maite Mayor’s Pavilion
Schedule: Tuesday & Friday, 6–7 PM
Focus: Strengthen and shape your glutes, core, and legs, with added cardio for a full-body workout.
💡 What to Bring:
Water bottle
Towel or yoga mat (highly recommended)
Positive vibes and readiness to sweat! 💪
✅ How to Make the Most of Your Trial:
Attend as many sessions as you’d like during the free week.
Let your coach know it’s your first time so they can guide you.
