Do I need to provide proof of vaccination?

No because we are outdoors and maintain 6ft physical distance.


What if I'm not very physically fit?

The 30 Day Camp is perfect for the absolute beginner. As long as you have no complications from injury or illness you will survive. We are all about slowly progressing your individual fitness level. The workouts are timed so you will be able to go at your own pace.


Where are the locations of training?

We currently have 4 locations. Tamuning, Dededo Sports Complex, Hagatna (Adelup) and Tiyan.


What type of exercises are included in the program.

Exercises may include but are not limited to: power walking, jogging, relays, lunges, squats, pushups & various other cardio- vascular drills and games. Core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, circuit training, surprises, and much more!
