Schedule & Locations:

Workouts are held twice a week at:

  • MTM: Tue & Fri, 6:00-7:00 p.m.

  • ISC: Sunday, 10:00-11:00 a.m.

💸 Cost:

  • Tribe Members: Free

  • Non-Members: $99 for full 8 weeks
