  • Weigh-in

  • Before Photos: Front / Side view (photos will NOT be posted without your permission)

Workout Timeline:

  • 6pm - Warm up (3-5 Mins)

  • Demonstration of exercises (5-10 min)

  • Fullbody beginner level workout (20-30 mins)

  • Cool down and stretch (3-5 min)
