October 2026 SelectCare Membership

This registration is for October 2026 only.

Member Payment: $22.50 one-time payment
Membership Period: October 1–31, 2026
Recurring Billing: None

This is a one-month membership under Tribe Guam Fitness’s current SelectCare agreement.

An updated SelectCare agreement is expected to take effect November 1, 2026. Members who wish to continue with Tribe beginning in November will be provided with a new registration and payment option based on the updated SelectCare benefit.

Your October payment will not automatically renew or carry over into November.

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your October membership at any time. Once the membership has been used or the October membership period has begun, the $22.50 payment is non-refundable. If you cancel before October 1 and have not used the membership, you may request a full refund.

Unused Membership: If you sign up but do not attend or use your October membership, the membership will still expire on October 31, 2026. Unused memberships cannot be carried over, credited toward November, or refunded once the October membership period has begun.
