SelectCare Membership Information

Member Cost: $25/month
Effective: November 1, 2026

This membership is available to eligible SelectCare members participating in the Tribe Guam Fitness fitness benefit.

Your $25 monthly payment is your member portion of the SelectCare benefit and provides access to your eligible Tribe Guam Fitness membership.

Eligibility: Membership is subject to verification of active SelectCare eligibility.

Billing: Your $25 member portion will be charged monthly for the applicable membership period. Membership does not automatically continue beyond your SelectCare eligibility or applicable benefit period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Tribe membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future member charges but does not provide a refund for a membership period that has already begun.

Unused Memberships: Monthly payments are non-refundable due to non-attendance or unused classes and cannot be carried over or credited toward a future month.

If your SelectCare eligibility or benefit changes, your Tribe membership and member cost may also be subject to change.
