Schedule & Locations:

Choose your location and time that fits your life. Workouts are held twice a week at:

  • Dededo AM: Tues & Thurs, 5:00–6:00 a.m.

  • Tamuning: Tues & Thurs, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

  • Mangilao (UOG): Tues & Thurs, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

  • MTM (Full Body): Mon & Wed, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

  • MTM (Glute Cardio Core): Tues & Fri, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

  • Hagat: Mon & Wed, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
