Choose your location and time that fits your life. Workouts are held twice a week at:
Dededo AM: Tues & Thurs, 5:00–6:00 a.m.
Tamuning: Tues & Thurs, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Mangilao (UOG): Tues & Thurs, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
MTM (Full Body): Mon & Wed, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
MTM (Glute Cardio Core): Tues & Fri, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Hagat: Mon & Wed, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Only $39 for the 3 week experience. No commitments. Just results.
